AUBURN — Kim Gallant has been hired by Central Maine Orthopaedics as team lead, revenue cycle operations, according to Human Resource Manager Janine Valliere.

Gallant will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of the revenue cycle operations, including patient accounts, patient services, compliance, coding, and mentoring of staff.

Prior to joining CMO, Gallant worked for Swift River Family Practice in Rumford, as well as Elsemore-Dixfield Family Medicine for the previous 14 years as a office coordinator, certified professional coder and billing coordinator.

She received her associate degree in health care administration from the University of Phoenix, and is currently working toward her bachelor’s degree.

A native of Rumford, Gallant resides in Peru with her three children.
