NEEDHAM, Mass. — Janice Drew of Poland was recognized recently for excellence, customer service and respect at an annual team member celebration at North Hill senior living community. Drew joined the team in 1987, so she was also honored for 25 years of service. She is a database administrator.

The annual celebration honors team members for their embodiment of community values and for their longevity.
