The driver of this motorcycle is taken away to a waiting ambulance at the corner of Hotel Road and Stevens Mills Road in Auburn on Wednesday evening after the bike was involved in an accident with a car.

Police said the car, a 2007 Saturn sedan, was driven by Micaela Brochu, 19, of Auburn, in background with hands covering her face. The driver of the 1987 Honda motorcycle was not identified. He was conscious when emergency workers arrived but was taken to a Lewiston hospital with a variety of injuries. The crash remained under investigation later Wednesday night.
