PARIS — The Oxford County Commission’s monthly meeting Tuesday will begin with a public hearing on whether to close certain roads in the unorganized territory during the winter.

The hearing is set for 9 a.m. The commission will also discuss the Umbagog National Wildlife Refuge and will go into executive session to talk about airport lease negotiations.

The commission usually meets on the third Tuesday of each month, but moved July’s meeting to Tuesday due to a scheduling conflict.
