TURNER — Caela Waite of Turner has accepted a four year, full tuition Army ROTC Scholarship to attend Norwich University in Vermont and major in civil engineering. Norwich University also awarded her with a $20,000, four year Presidential Merit Scholarship for Academics.

Caela was nominated to West Point as well as the Air Force Academy by Senators Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins, respectively, but chose Norwich for its excellent engineering program and attractive, moderate size.
