* Nicholas D. Morin, 33, of Monmouth, Aug. 7, failure to appear, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Michael B. Murphy, 60, of Norway, Aug. 7, violation of bail condition, Norway Police Department.

* Christopher L. Sheldon, 27, of Mexico, Aug. 7, two counts of failure to pay fines, Rumford Police Department.

* William E. Robertson, 44, of Paris, Aug. 8, operating under the influence, Paris Police Department.
