AUBURN — Swimmers be warned: the Auburn Municipal Beach might not be safe to swim in at this time.

According to an alert from the City of Auburn, results from recent water testing at the municipal beach showed “higher than normal levels” of bacteria. The water may not be safe to swim in at this time.
