LEWISTON — Lisa Ballard was recently hired at Androscoggin Bank as human resources payroll and benefits administrator.

She has 10 years of experience in human resources and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern Maine. She also achieved her certification as a professional in human resources in 2009. Ballard is very involved in various HR associations and is a member of the Maine SHRM State Council.
