RANGELEY — State land regulators have postponed a public hearing on Mistymoonmbeam LLC’s applications to develop a 28-lot residential subdivision in Dallas Plantation and 30-site recreational vehicle campground in Sandy River Plantation.

The properties are adjacent.

Maine Land Use Regulation commissioners had scheduled the hearing for Thursday, Aug. 30, at Rangeley Lakes Regional School in Rangeley.

The commission has also postponed the dates of closure for the administrative record.

The rescheduled date, time and location of the hearing and the postponed dates for the closure of the administrative record have not been determined. Once they are set, then the commission will provide notice of the rescheduled hearing.

Mistymoonbeam LLC, doing business as Camp Do What You Wanna, owns approximately 403 contiguous acres in the two plantations. The 154-acre parcel in Dallas Plantation is zoned for residential development subdistrict and the abutting 249-acre parcel in Sandy River Plantation is zoned for general management subdistrict, according to LURC documents filed online.
