MEXICO — A seven-week investigation into counterfeit $50 bills ended Wednesday when two more suspects were arrested on charges of felony aggravated forgery.

Mexico Lt. Roy Hodsdon said Nation Miller, 22, of Sun Valley Circle, Mexico, and Nicholas Dunham, 21, of Dixfield, were arrested at 2:30 p.m. at Sun Valley Circle, and 10:30 p.m. at the Dixfield Police Department, respectively.

Both remain at the Oxford County Jail in South Paris on $1,400 cash bail each.

The two are believed to have made the bills at a home in Mexico.

The arrests are the result of passing bills at the local C.N. Brown gasoline station on July 4.

Another suspect, Randi Theriault, was arrested in July by Mexico police and the Old Orchard Beach Police Department on a charge of passing counterfeit bills. She is out on bail.

Hodsdon said a search warrant was issued for the Sun Valley Circle home where evidence was discovered.

All three suspects are scheduled to appear Nov. 6 in Oxford County Superior Court in South Paris.
