AUBURN — Auburn Education is now accepting registrations for their fall classes, as well as all enrichment classes. Certified Nurse’s Assistant will start in October. Certified Medical Technician is projected with an October start date. Computer basics, five weeks starting Sept. 10 from 6-7:30.

Acrylic painting, five weeks beginning Sept. 27, 6-7:30. Painting with acrylics is easy and looks similar to oil painting, but cleans up easily with water. Techniques and tips will help beginners to semi-pros.

Alpaca School, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 9. Learn about sustainable fiber farming and fiber arts in Maine during a one-day tour of four alpaca farms: Andes Alpaca Farm in Auburn, The Upper Farm in Pownal, Rumination Farm in North Yarmouth and Longwood’s Alpaca Farm in Cumberland.

American Red Cross CAT First Aid, 6 to 9 p.m. Sept. 18, and American Red Cross DOG First Aid, 6 to 9 p.m. Sept. 13. Both classes address a comprehensive course that includes everything owners need to know to keep their pets healthy and safe.

Androscoggin Women Part 1: Research, five weeks starting Sept. 10 from 6-8 p.m. Become a detective, solve mysteries, and balance your knowledge of the historical record. Would you like to research your mother, grandmother or help build a Women;s History of Lewiston-Auburn?

Art of watercolor, five weeks beginning Sept. 25, 6-7:30. For beginners to semi-pros. Instructor is a certified registered teacher with the Michael Wilcox School of Color.

Cardio fitness boot camp, Tuesdays and Thursdays for seven weeks beginning Sept. 11, 6:30-7:30. Designed for adults at all levels of fitness.

Creating success in your life, 6 to 9 p.m. Sept. 17. Overcome limiting beliefs and learn to create success. In this meditation you will be guided to create clear images and an understanding of your definition of success.

Crystal healing, 6 to 8 p.m. Sept. 18. Spend an evening learning about your chakra system (the energy centers in the body), and the powerful healing ability of crystals. Class will end with a guided meditation to destress the body.

Ghosthunting 101, They’re back!, eight weeks beginning Sept. 20, from 6-9 p.m. Central Maine Paranormal Investigations will provide training in the basics of ghost hunting and the paranormal; field training included.

Maine Real Estates Sales Agent Course, Tuesdays and Thursdays for eight weeks beginning Sept. 18, 5:30-9 p.m. The Maine Real Estate Commission has approved this course as meeting all of the education requirements necessary to obtain a Sales Agent license in Maine.

Middle Eastern dance (belly dance), six weeks beginning Sept. 19, 7-8 p.m. The ancient art form of Belly Dance is perfect for those looking for a fun, new way to get some exercise.

Open sewing, three weeks starting Sept. 5, Sewing I, six weeks starting Sept. 4, and Sewing II, six weeks starting Sept. 6. All classes are from 6-9 p.m.

Reiki I, 6 to 9 p.m. Sept. 11. Participants will learn the hands-on method for direct healing and receive an attunement that creates the channeling ability.

Zumba, eight weeks beginning Sept. 4, 3:45-4:45 p.m., Tuesday or Thursday or both. Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness class. A certified instructor will lead you through one full hour of dance fitness.

The Excursion Workshop Level 1, 6 to 9 p.m. Sept. 24. The Excursion Workshop is an adventure into expanded states of awareness that facilitates profound relaxation, deep contemplation, increased intuition and communication with your Total Self and related energies.

Woodworking, 12 weeks beginning Sept. 13, 6:30-9 p.m. Create projects of your choice with guidance and assistance from the instructor. Learn the safe use of a wide variety of hand and power tools.

Digital photo uses, give weeks starting Sept.  11, 6-7:30 p.m. Learn how to email photos, create digital scrapbooks, create photo slideshows, share privately or publicly online with family members.

Easy Web design (Click & Go), five weeks starting Sept. 12, 6-7:30 p.m. Learn how to create either a free website or a free blog with only a few clicks using Google.
