* Donald David Dyer, 45, of 370 Main St., Auburn, robbery, assault, carrying a concealed weapon, theft by unauthorized taking and violating bail conditions, 3:15 a.m. Wednesday on Ash Street.

Auburn

* Willie James Brown, 45, of 110 Park St., Lewiston, driving after having been declared a habitual offender and failure to give police correct name and date of birth, 10:12 p.m. Tuesday at Newbury and Main streets.

Androscoggin County

* Stevenson Cushing, 22, of 823 Newell Brook Road, Durham, driving after having been declared a habitual offender, refusing to submit to arrest and driving while intoxicated, 2:11 a.m. Wednesday on Route 196, by Lisbon police.

Accidents

Lewiston

* Vehicles driven by Dustin Miles, 31, of Gray, and Arline Pelletier, 79, of Lewiston, collided at 7:30 a.m. Monday East Avenue and Russell Street. Both vehicles, Miles’ 2004 Dodge and Pelletier’s 2000 Toyota, were towed.

Auburn

* Duc H. Nguyen, 67, of Auburn, lost control of his car, swerved across the oncoming lane, jumped a curb and struck a tree at 7 p.m. Monday on Turner Street, near Parker Street. According to a police report, Nguyen reported he lost control of the car while scratching his foot. His 1997 Lexus was towed.
