LEWISTON — Today’s scheduled Eastern Maine Class A boys’ soccer championship game between Lewiston and Mt. Ararat high schools has been postponed due to wet field conditions.
No. 2 Lewiston (13-1-2) will now face top-ranked Mt. Ararat (14-1-1) on Thursday at 5 p.m. in Topsham.
According to Lewiston athletic director Jason Fuller, if the Mt. Ararat field is still too wet to play Thursday, the game would then shift to the artificial turf field at Yarmouth High School at a time to be determined.
