* Daniel R. Chamberland, 23, of Norway, Oct. 31, theft, Norway Police Department.

* Andrew O. Perry, 53, of Norway, Oct. 31, operating motor vehicle after revocation, Norway Police Department.

* Mathew J. Welch, 22, of Mexico, Oct. 31, burglary and theft, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Bryan F. Wood Jr., 22, of Norway, Oct. 31, violation of bail condition, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
