* Jason Fournier, 31, of Greenwood, Dec. 17, domestic violence criminal threatening and violation of bail condition, Maine State Police.

* Justiliano Sanchez, 30, of Thompson, Dec. 18, failure to register as a sex offender, Norway Police Department.

* Dwight E. Knox, 43, of Mexico, Dec. 19, violation of protective order, Rumford Police Department.
