OTISFIELD — A story on Page B1 in the Oxford Hills edition Friday, Dec. 14, should have said the Otisfield Planning Board did not hold a full hearing on the proposed telecommunications tower last month. Instead, a judge ordered it to document the finding of facts and conclusions of law used in approving the application.
