* Lance M. Palmer, 43, of Auburn, lost control of his SUV, which slid off the roadway and rolled at 9:58 a.m. Dec. 27 on Broad Street. His 2001 Toyota was towed.

* A plow truck driven by Domingo D. Aguilar, 56, of Lewiston, backed into a tree while Aguilar was plowing at 7:43 a.m. Dec. 27 at the Auburn Middle School on Court Street. Damage to the City of Auburn’s 2008 Ford was listed as functional.
