* Tausha L. Plante, 36, of Rumford, Feb. 1, failure to appear, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Mark J. Tozier, 55, of Dixfield, Feb. 1, operating under the influence, Dixfield Police Department.

* Valarie J. Banker, 40, of Poland, Feb. 2, operating under the influence, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* David J. Hovan, 25, of Norway, Feb. 2, domestic violence assault, criminal trespass and domestic violence criminal threatening, Norway Police Department.
