NORWAY — Norway Savings Bank announced the promotion of Michael Noble to assistant vice president of Facilities and Purchasing. In his new position he oversees the planning, budgeting and scheduling for all facility and equipment maintenance, modifications and acquisitions.

Noble previously held positions in business management, environmental, health and safety compliance, and retail banking. He is a licensed Maine real estate broker and a Northwest Energy Efficiency Council-certified building operator. He also served in the U.S. Naval Reserve, where he retired as a lieutenant commander.

Noble attended Lyndon State College, where he received his bachelor’s degree in meteorology. He serves on Norway Savings’ Safety and Wellness Committee and is a trustee at the Norway Water District.
