FREEPORT — Freeport Middle School Space Camp Team will present “A Night of Comedy” featuring three stand-up comics and one awesome stand-up host, George Hamm, at 8 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 16 at the Freeport Performing Arts Center. Hamm is well known to Maine audiences as a frequent visitor to Portland’s Comedy Connection. Hamm has performed his comedy routines across the U.S. including the Bellagio in Las Vegas, the Improv in Los Angeles, The Comedy Store and the Laugh Factory in Hollywood and the Laugh Factory in Hawaii. Hamm gets around and has recently returned from tours in China and Mexico.
All proceeds from this evening of hilarious PG-13 stand-up comedy benefit the Freeport Middle School Space Camp Team’s trip to Huntsville, AL, home of the world-famous U.S. Space and Rocket Center.
