Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on April 2 in 11th District Court:

* Joshua Nichols, 36, Embden, operating after suspension, 4:31 a.m. Feb. 11 on Portland Street. He was released on $600 unsecured bail.

* Andrew S. Farrington, 22, Rumford, operating under the influence, 1:51 a.m. Feb. 7 on Maine Avenue. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

* Derick Harnden, 21, Rumford, Oxford County Superior Court warrant charging failure to appear on charges of burglary, theft and violating conditions of release, 11:53 a.m. Feb. 6 on Rumford Avenue. He was released on $100 cash bail and will be arraigned at 8:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 15, in Oxford County Superior Court in Paris.
