* Samuel Penney, 24, of 505 King St., Oxford, arrested by Mechanic Falls police on charges of driving with a suspended license and violating conditions of release, 2:18 a.m. Thursday on Highland Avenue, Lewiston.

* Susan Cookson, 23, of 336 Cobb Road, Turner, arrested by Maine State Police on a charge of driving with a suspended license, noon Thursday at Route 4 and Upper Street, Turner.

* Bonnie E. Bridges, 59, of Lewiston, lost control of her car and slid into a guardrail at 3:37 p.m. Sunday on Lisbon Street, near Foss Road. Her 2005 Chevrolet was towed.
