AUBURN — Assistant City Manager Howard Kroll and fire Chief Frank Roma will be the featured guests Tuesday at the United New Auburn Association meeting.
The meeting, scheduled from 6-8 p.m. at Rolly’s Diner in New Auburn, is open to all residents, City Councilor Leroy Walker said.
The two are the newest members of city management.
Kroll is a former Brewer city clerk and 23-year Navy veteran who joined the Auburn staff in November. He served as Brewer’s city clerk since 2007 and was assistant city manager there beginning in 2002.
Roma became Auburn’s fire chief in September. He most recently served as chief in McKinney, Texas, a suburb of Dallas. He retired from his position in McKinney in 2011 and had been interim fire chief in nearby Anna, Texas, until he came to Auburn.
