LEWISTON — “The Power of Positive Thinking” will be the subject of two Central Maine Medical Center Accenting Your Health presentations set for March.

The program will be offered from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 12, and again from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, March 14, in the Central Maine Heart and Vascular Institute’s first-floor conference room at 60 High St. There is no cost for attending either presentation.

Marcy Covey, a wellness educator at CMMC, will discuss some simple steps that individuals can employ to make their lives more positive. The program will emphasize the fun that can accompany positive thinking.
