* Robert L. Koss, 54, of East Avenue, Lewiston, on a warrant, 1:25 a.m. Wednesday.

Editor’s note: Robert L. Koss was mistakenly arrested on a warrant that had been purged several years ago in Florida. Court officials said Koss had complied with the 2004 court order, but officials in Florida failed to notify their counterparts in Maine. After the matter was clarified on Wednesday, an 8th District Court Judge ruled that Koss should be released immediately.

Androscoggin County

Tiffany Kenny, 21, of 241 Bakers Town Road, Poland, on a warrant, 8:26 p.m. Tuesday at that address.

Accidents

Auburn

* Vehicles driven by David Legloahec, 53, of Lewiston, and Brian L. Ordway, 50, of Auburn, collided at 5:10 p.m. Saturday at Mount Auburn Avenue and Center Street. Damage to Legloahec’s 2000 Kia and to Ordway’s 2002 Volkswagen was listed as function.

* A car driven by Lee-Anna K. Hopper, 19, of Greene, struck the back of a truck driven by Dennis W. Pelletier, 44, of Jay, while Pelletier was stopped in traffic at 3:41 p.m. Monday on Center Street. Damage to Hopper’s 2005 Chevrolet was listed as functional. Damage to Pelletier’s 2009 International was listed as minor.
