AUBURN — Health Affiliates Maine, a statewide provider of mental health counseling, has created a new outpatient substance abuse program designed to meet a critical need in the community.

Based in Auburn, Health Affiliates Maine has independently licensed mental health and substance abuse counselors providing outpatient counseling services to individuals struggling with substance abuse issues, and their family members.

Heading up the new department at will be Luanne Rhoades, LCPC/LADC, outpatient therapy director, and Bryce Libby, LCSW/LADC, as team leader.
