Adults April Belt Promotion:

Students and families gathered recently at the Phoenix Academy of Martial Arts in Auburn for its monthly belt promotion ceremony. Adults tested for various ranks, each demonstrating their requirements in physical fitness, basic techniques, Kata(memorized self defense patterns), Weapons forms, Self Defense and Kumite(light to moderate contact sparring).
