LIVERMORE FALLS — One of the ordinances residents will be asked to consider in June addresses property maintenance from the exterior to interior of buildings, including requiring habitable rooms to have insect screens on doors, windows and other outside openings.

A public hearing on the proposed ordinances will be held at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the Town Office.

Voters will be asked to adopt the 2003 International Property Maintenance Code. The proposed Property Maintenance Ordinance references the code, which can be found online or in a book that will be available at the Town Office and Treat Memorial Library.
