Gov. Paul LePage was a speaker Monday at the Governors Panel at the America’s Small Business Summit 2013 in Washington.

LePage, Gov. Tom Corbett of Pennsylvania and Gov. Scott Walker of Wisconsin discussed the release of the 2013 Enterprising States study.

According to social media accounts, shown below, LePage blames wind power for Maine having the 10th highest energy costs. To reduce energy costs, LePage said he wanted Maine to “break wind together.”

LePage also explained his views on bureacracy, health care reform and the media.
