* Vehicles driven by Chandler Gallant, 18, of Rumford, and Mandy S. Cote, 28, of Lewiston, collided at 3:37 p.m. Monday at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Bridge and Center Street. Cote’s 2013 Nissan and the 2001 Volkswagen driven by Chandler and owned by Heather Magoon were towed.
