Decker has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2010 and is a graduate of Mr. Bernard’s School of Hair Fashion. She has experience from her two and one-half years at JCPenney salon. She welcomes clients for haircutting, styling, coloring, facial waxing, pedicures and manicures.
