PARIS — The following arrests were logged at Oxford County Jail:

* Rory R. Lockard, 30, of Paris, attempting to elude an officer, reckless conduct, failure to submit to an arrest, driving to endanger and violation of bail conditions, at 7:57 p.m. June 10 by Oxford Police Department.

* Rosanna Shirley Spearrin, 37, of Paris, failure to pay fines, at 9:10 p.m. June 10 by Paris Police Department.

* Michael Paul Higgins, 30, of Oxford, two charges of failing to pay fines, at 8:12 p.m. June 11 by Oxford Police Department.
