Slugger the Sea Dog, mascot of the Portland Sea Dogs, will visit children at the Rowe Elementary School in Norway from 9 to 10 a.m. on Tuesday, June 18, during sign-ups for summer programs and activities. Children may attend, accompanied by an adult, to have their picture taken with Slugger and to sign up for the Norway library’s summer reading program, Norway Recreation swim and kindergarten soccer programs, the Oxford County soccer program and more.
