All lanes of the Turnpike have reopened after police briefly shut down part of the highway so firefighters could deal with a pickup truck on fire there.

Police had shut down one northbound lane of the Turnpike around mile 79 in Lewiston shortly before 3 p.m., delaying traffic between Exit 75 in Auburn and Exit 80 in Lewiston.
