LEWISTON — Work replacing a culvert will shut down Pond road for up to three weeks, beginning Monday.
Crews from Longchamps and Sons Inc. are scheduled to begin work Monday replacing the culvert roughly where a branch of No Name Brook runs under the road, between Cherrywood Drive and Pondview Drive.
Construction will last up to three weeks, and the road will be closed until new road base and rough pavement have been installed.
Pond Road residents will have access during the project. Other traffic will be detoured around Pond Road.
