* A car driven by David Christie, 58, of Mexico, struck the back of a car driven by John Geary, 67, of Lewiston, while Geary was slowing for a pedestrian who stepped into the roadway at Pine and Pierce streets at 10:29 a.m. Tuesday. Christie’s 2010 Hyundai was towed. Damage to Geary’s 2007 Honda was listed as minor.
