FARMINGTON — Greater Franklin Development Corp. welcomes Arika Galkowski as part-time administrative assistant.
She is in the office Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
An Aroostook County native, Galkowski returned to Maine a year ago with her family after living in Arizona for the past six years. A graduate of the University of Maine at Presque Isle, she has a diverse background in small business and tourism.
Prior to her employment at Greater Franklin Development Corp., she was most recently employed by the Rangeley Public Library, and has worked as a behavioral specialist with children with emotional behavioral mental health disorders.
She is also the owner and operator of an online storefront through the artisan website etsy.com.
Galkowski lives in Farmington.
