LEWISTON — The Greater Androscoggin Real Estate, Housing and Land Use Conference will be held Nov. 8 at the Ramada Inn & Conference Center.

Professionals Track. For business owners in the real estate and housing industry: landlords, building inspectors, surveyors, appraisers, and others. Topics: Entrepreneurship — Building Your Business, 203Ks as a Team Sport: HUD 203 Loans, Legislative Advocacy, Insurance Issues, MSHA Homeless Initiative.

Engineers/Land Use Track. For land use engineers and other professionals. Topics: Conservation Subdivisions, The Mechanics of Sprinkler Systems, Handling Home Heating Tank Spills, The Basics of Electricity.
