SKOWHEGAN (AP) — Police said a prank bomb threat at a Maine Walmart store was made by a 14-year-old New Hampshire boy.

Police said the call to the Skowhegan store came in just before 9 p.m. Saturday.

Skowhegan Chief Ted Blais told the Morning Sentinel (http://bit.ly/1b8GZ0F ) the few customers and workers still inside just before closing were evacuated and a bomb-sniffing dog was brought in, but nothing dangerous was found.

Using the store’s caller ID system, the call was traced to a Belmont, N.H., home.

Blais said it was simply a prank.

He saids the call remains under investigation but he expects the boy to be charged.
