JAY — Police are looking for three ski-mask wearing men involved in a Macomber Hill Road home invasion early Saturday morning.

Police say the men forced their way into the home just after midnight Saturday, forcing the woman in the house to sit in a chair while they started collecting things to steal.

Police are not releasing the victim’s name.

The woman was able to call police on a cellphone, and the men fled when they realized that, but not before setting fire to a truck in the driveway that belonged to the woman’s husband.

They escaped with a broken shotgun but not much else. The truck was completely engulfed in flames, according to the Jay Fire Department.

Police said it appeared the men were familiar with the house. All three were wearing gloves.

Police also are looking for passengers in an older model red and black Dodge pickup truck. It was reported in the area at the time of the home invasion. Police believe the driver and any passengers may have witnessed the three men escaping in their vehicle.
