PARIS — A Mexico man accused of dealing oxycodone near the River Valley Recreation Center was indicted on three charges of aggravated drug trafficking by an Oxford County grand jury Friday.

Casey Senn, 27, of Cherry Street was arrested in early November and charged with one count of aggravated drug trafficking. His arrest followed a Maine Drug Enforcement Agency investigation that included multiple undercover purchases of oxycodone from Senn’s home near the River Valley Recreation Center, a designated safe zone, according to a November statement released by MDEA supervisor Matt Cashman.

According to the indictments, Senn made three separate oxycodone transactions near the recreation center in October and December 2012.

If convicted, Senn faces four-year mandatory prison sentences for each of the Class A felonies.

According to Cashman, Senn partnered with John R. Gallant, 19, of Peru to distribute thousands of oxycodone tablets and other drugs throughout the region between 2011 and 2012.

Gallant was arrested in May after police found cocaine, oxycodone, psychedelic mushrooms, ledgers from drug sales, marijuana, multiple firearms and about $4,400 in cash during a search of his home in Peru. Following a traffic stop in May, police found more than 73 grams of cocaine in the trunk of his car.

Gallant was indicted on multiple felony drug charges by an Oxford County grand jury in August.
