Kelly Pomerleau and Faith Grady provided the Saints (9-1) with offensive support, posting 13 points each.
Sydney Petrie and Liza White paced the Falcons (3-6) with 12 points each.
Buckfield 45, Hebron 23
HEBRON — Senior forward Gabby Therriault drained 16 points to lead Buckfield to a 45-23 victory over Hebron in EWC girls’ basketball action Thursday.
The Bucks (2-7) led 28-12 at halftime. Junior Naudia Wesley pitched in with 13 points for Buckfield.
Senior froward Brown recorded a team-high 13 points for Hebron (0-4)..
Skowhegan 52, Mt. Blue 43
FARMINGTON — Forward Morgan Baker recorded 14 points in a balanced attack as Skowhegan snapped up a 52-43 victory over Mt. Blue in KVAC girls’ basketball action Thursday.
The Indians led 30-23 at halftime.
Senior guard Miranda Nicely recorded a game-high 20 points, while Caitlin Kane added another 10 despite a Cougar loss.
Gray-NG 51, Cape Elizabeth 49
CAPE ELIZABETH — The Patriots overcame an eight-point deficit to secure a 51-49 triumph over Cape Elizabeth in WMC girls’ basketball action Thursday.
Freshman guard Alicia Dumont posted a double-double with a team-high 16 points and 10 rebounds for the Patriots (6-3), while Stephanie Greaton contributed 13 points.
Junior forward Hannah Sawyer led the charge for the Capers (5-4) with 16 points, and Montana Braxton added 13 points.
Poland 65, OOB 42
POLAND — Emily Bolduc deposited 21 points as Poland sailed to a 65-42 victory over Old Orchard Beach in WMC girls’ basketball action Thursday.
The Knights (5-4) jumped out to a 40-20 halftime lead. Sarah Bolduc contributed 17 points for Poland.
Abby Dubois tossed a team-high 12 points for the Seagulls (5-4) in the losing effort.
Oxford Hills 49, Mt. Ararat 46
TOPSHAM — Anna Winslow led the way with 13 points as Oxford Hills marched to a 49-46 victory over Mt. Ararat in girls’ basketball action Thrusday.
The Vikings struck fierce in the second quarter, scoring 17 points for a 28-21 lead at halftime. Tianna Sears chipped in with 11 points.
Sara Lamb notched a game-high 15 points for the Eagles on five field goals from three-point range despite the loss.
Spruce Mountain 56, Mt. Abram 8
SALEM — After sprinting out to a 13-point advantage in the first half, Spruce Mountain never backed off and went on to post a 56-8 victory over Mt. Abram in a mid-season MVC girls’ matchup Thursday.
Nicole Hamblin and Emily Keene led the undefeated Phoenix (9-0) with 10 points each, while Ladesta Tracy and Kailee Newcomb each added eight.
The Roadrunners (1-8) were paced by Brooke Milbury and Olivia Ryan with four points apiece.
Monmouth 51, Telstar 31
MONMOUTH — Kylie Kemp poured 17 points into the net Thursday to lead Monmouth to a 51-31 romp over Telstar in a MVC girls’ hoops matchup.
Sidney Wilson chipped in for the Mustangs (6-3) with 11 points, while Paxton Lessard contributed with six.
The Rebels (1-8) were paced by Tori Ryerson with a solid 14-point performance. Alyssa Brands chipped in with seven points, while Casey Blasczak added six.
Lawrence 72, Lewiston 45
FAIRFIELD — Lawrence went on a 27-18 run in the third frame and proceeded to pull away to a 72-45 rout over Lewiston in a KVAC girls’ basketball game Thursday.
Mia Irving led the Bulldogs (7-1) with 18 points, while Paige Belanger tallied 14 and Shelby Rudnicki added 10. The Blue Devils (2-7) were paced by Amanda Stewart and brie Wilson with 11 points apiece.
Carrabec 44, Dirigo 41
DIXFIELD — Hailey Atwood sparked a 17-11 run in the third frame that allowed Carrabec to squeak out a 44-41 victory over Dirigo in a hotly-contested MVC girls’ tilt Thursday.
Kelsey Hutchins led the Cougars (7-2) with a solid 14-point performance, while Jess Conant chipped in with nine points.

Poland 65, OOB 46
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Senior guard CJ Martin scored nearly half of Poland’s points with a 32 count as Poland cruised to a 65-46 victory over Old Orchard Beach in WMC boys’ basketball action Thursday.
Martin recorded 26 of his 32 points in the first half as the Knights (4-5) took a 36-26 lead at intermission. John Fossett contributed seven field goals for 14 points for Poland.
Senior Guard Joe Gildard paced the Seagulls (6-2) with a team-high 19 points.
Lawrence 68, Lewiston 65
LEWISTON — Cole Robinson connected for 2-of-3 from the free-throw line to tie things up with 2.7 seconds remaining in regulation and send the game into overtime for an eventual Lawrence 68-65 triumph over Lewiston in KVAC boys’ basketball action Thursday.
The Blue Devils (4-5) led by 14 points at one point in the first quarter. But Lawrence turned up the tempo in the last frame (22-9) to determine its own destiny.
Dustin Simpson and Brad King paced the the Bulldogs (5-5) with 15 points each.
Senior center Carlos Gonzalez posted a game-high 26 points, while Quintarian Brown notched another 18 for Lewiston.
St. Dom’s 51, Mountain Valley 21
AUBURN — Matt Dyer put away 19 points to catapult St. Dom’s to a 51-21 victory over Mountain Valley in boys’ basketball action Thursday.
The Saints (3-7) outscored the Falcons 17-4 in the second half for a 26-14 lead at the midpoint. Eric Ulin chipped in with 10 points for St. Dom’s.
Caleb Gauvin paced Mountain Valley with a team-leading 11 points.
Cape Elizabeth 64, Gray-NG 52
GRAY — Despite a late-game rally by its opponent, Cape Elizabeth hung on for a 64-52 victory over Gray-New Gloucester in a WMC boys’ basketball tilt Thursday.
Jack O’Rourke led the Capers (7-2) with 18 points, while Eddie Glavin tallied 17 and Quinn Hewitt added 13 in a well-balanced attack.
The Patriots (2-6) were paced by Andreas Kariotis with a game-high, 20-point effort, while Sam Johnson chipped in with eight. Cape Elizabeth used a 24-7 third-quarter run to maintain control of the contest.
Oxford Hills 56, Mt. Ararat 52
PARIS — After trailing by four points at the break, Oxford Hills rallied back to post a 56-52 victory over Mt. Ararat in a hotly-contested KVAC contest Thursday.
Dalton Bryce led the fighting Vikings (6-3) with 17 points and 10 rebounds, while Andrew Fleming scored 14 points and pulled down 10 rebounds.
Luke Davidson also contributed with 14 points in an effective three-man attack.
The Eagles (4-6) were led by Shy Ulrickson with a game-high 27 points, including four shots from beyond the arc.
Medomak Valley 68, Leavitt 53
TURNER — Medomak Valley hustled to build a 10-point lead in the first half and pulled steadily away to post a 68-53 win over Leavitt in another KVAC tilt Thursday.
Nick Depatsy led the Panthers (5-3) with a game-high 28 points, while Micah Williamson chipped in with 18.
The struggling Hornets (2-7) were paced by Reed Farrar with 12 points, while Ely Calder tallied 11 and Zac Goulette added 10.
