Jan. 12 service on ‘grace revisited’

PARIS — The Jan. 12 worship service at the First Universalist Church on Pine Street will be conducted by Silver Moore-Leamon. The title of the 10 a.m. service is “Grace Revisited.”

Music is under the leadership of Donna Hurd and Sunday School is directed by Renee Wales.

Coffee and fellowship will follow the worship service and all are invited. Childcare is available and The First Universalist Church is wheelchair accessible.

Living Waters plans marriage series

STRONG — Living Waters in Strong invites all to join for a Marriage Series starting Sunday, Jan. 19, from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

The series is for those who want to improve their marriage and those whose marriage may be struggling to survive in this world.

The series is titled “Love and Respect” and is a six-week video series by Dr. Emerson and Sara Eggerichs.

What do you want for your marriage? Want some peace? Want to feel close? Want to feel valued? Want to experience marriage the way God intended?

Beginners Bible study open to all

AUBURN — Ever wanted to read the Bible but it seemed written in a foreign language? Ever wonder why there are so many different versions of this book? Ever wanted to know what the Bible said, but it was just to hard to understand??

A beginners Bible study will discuss all initial questions. This study is open to everyone and begins on Sunday, Feb. 16, at 12:30 p.m. at the Auburn United Methodist Church.
