Trees will be available this spring to Orono residents at no cost.standard_logo

All trees will be planted by the Tree Board. The trees must be planted in the public domain (i.e. on land along the streets owned and maintained by the town) and are available on a first come, first served basis.

Residents interested in having trees planted in front of their homes should call the Town Office and leave their name and address. All tree sites will have to be assessed by the Tree Board to assure adequate space and no overhead wires. Residents will be called by a Tree Board member to discuss the type of trees available and best suited for the site.
