* Cars driven by Tracy Finnegan, 42, of Leeds, Devin Ludwig, 19, of Lewiston and Molly M. Grenier, 16, of Lewiston collided, 2:40 p.m. Wednesday on Russell Street. Finnegan’s 2006 Saab, the 2008 Dodge driven by Ludwig and owned by Tracy E. Ludwig of Center Conway, N.H., and the 2005 Suzuki driven by Grenier and owned by Rick Grenier of Lewiston were towed due to disabling damage.
