* Peter Raymond Laliberte, 50, of Buckfield, fugitive from justice, 6:34 p.m. April 1, in Buckfield by Oxford County Sheriff’s Office. 

* Perry W. Hart, 44, of Bethel, violation of bail conditions, violation of protective order, 10:47 p.m. April 1, in Bethel by Oxford County Sheriff’s Office. 

* Jesse Lee Gray, 38, of Mexico, domestic violence assault, 2:56 a.m. April 2, in Mexico by Mexico Police Department.

* Izaak J. Blood, 19, of Mexico, two counts of gross sexual assault, five counts of sexual abuse of a minor, 5:08 p.m. April 2, in Livermore Falls by Mexico Police Department. 

* Joshua Michael Till, 19, of Norway, operating without a license, 8:40 p.m. April 2, in Norway by Norway Police Department. 

* Chard Thomas Stearns, 31, of West Paris, failure to pay fines, 9:22 a.m. April 3, in Auburn by Maine State Police. 

* Jonathan M. Clark, 28, of Lovell, gross sexual assault, 10:15 p.m. April 3, in Lovell by Maine State Police. 

* Richard Gordon Robblee, 39, of Tamworth, N.H., failure to register as a sex offender, 10:16 a.m. April 3, in Brownfield, by Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Richard Lyons, 48, of Concord, Mass., domestic violence stalking, harassment, 3:06 p.m. April 3, in Portland by Oxford County Sheriff’s Office. Editor’s note: The charge of domestic violence stalking was dismissed on Aug. 15, 2014; Lyons pleaded guilty to misdemeanor harassment under a deferred disposition deal. That charge was dismissed on Aug. 6, 2015 following the one-year deferment.

* Joshua Lloyd Haines, 27, of Hebron, failure to pay fines, 11:35 a.m. April 4, in Hebron by Maine State Police.

* Michael J. Burkett, 27, of Greenwood, operating after suspension, 5:14 p.m. April 5, in Bethel by Maine State Police. 

* Joshua David Westberry, 28, of South Paris, assault domestic, violation of bail conditions, 12:14 a.m. April 6, in Paris by Paris Police Department. 

* Robert G. Worthley, 53, of Roxbury, attempting to elude an officer, reckless conduct, operating under the influence of intoxication, failure to submit to arrest and detention, 2:04 a.m. April 6, in Rumford by Rumford Police Department. 

* Heather Rae McAlister, 24, of Mexico, two counts of failure to pay fines, 2:45 p.m. April 6, in Bethel by Oxford County Sheriff’s Office. 

* Sara Jane Paquette, 22, of Rumford, failure to pay fines, 6:04 p.m. April 6, in Rumford by Rumford Police Department.
