LEWISTON — The Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce will host a free Brown Bag Discussion titled Managing Workplace Conflict from noon to 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, May 6, at the chamber office.

The purpose is to educate area business owners about ways to handle workplace conflict, which can result in lowered productivity, on-site accidents, tardiness, absenteeism and increased turnover rate.

Presented by Mary Gagnon and Cindy Mailhot of Health Affiliates Maine, this workshop will focus on the top reasons for workplace conflict, as well as the most effective ways to handle it.
