Sabattus Regional Credit Union recently distributed checks totaling $5,106.77 to local soup kitchens, food pantries and school programs. The money will be used to purchase 31,917 pounds of food for people in need. Absent were Brian Albert, principal of Sabattus Primary School and Libby Tozier School, and Melinda Nadeau of the Carrie Ricker School.
