BETHEL — The Western Maine Economic Development Council, Bethel Area Chamber of Commerce, River Valley Chamber of Commerce and Maine Woods Consortium are offering a workshop to help businesses and nonprofits learn how to manage their online reputation and work successfully and effectively with the media.

The workshop will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 3, at the Bethel Inn, 21 Broad St. The instructor is Charlene Williams, president of Nancy Marshall Communications.

Businesses and nonprofits will learn how to manage their online reputation and use social platforms to their advantage. In particular, attendees will learn how to check their online presence, respond to criticisms and online reviews, and work with the media to produce the best results.
