Arrests

* Aisha Torres, 31, Rumford, operating after suspension, 4:25 p.m. May 18 on Cumberland Street. She was released on $500 unsecured bail and will be arraigned at 8:30 a.m. July 8 in 11th District Court.

Thefts/burglaries

* At 8:48 a.m. May 23, a Hartford Street resident reported the theft of a television and game system.

* At 6:25 p.m. May 16, an Erchles Street resident reported his home being burglarized and numerous items stolen.

* At 8:50 a.m. May 16, reported burglary and theft at the Hosmer Field Complex. Two snack shacks were entered and $20 worth of soda was stolen.

* At 7:43 a.m. on May 16, a resident reported theft of an extension ladder and building materials from a work site on South Rumford Road. The value of the  items was $850.

Vandalism

* At 9:27 a.m. May 17, a Dixfield resident reported a tire on her vehicle was slashed while it was parked on Knox Street in Rumford.

Disorderly conduct

* At 11:51 p.m. May 16, an assault with a bat was reported on Cumberland Street. Officers found a group of intoxicated people. The victim did not want to press charges. The group was given a disorderly conduct warning.
